Who is the data handler?

When providing the Contact information of the Portal Owner - if you provide information about another person - you represent that you have received explicit consent from the person directly to share their contact information with us.
If someone submitted your information as Contact information, we will contact you to get your approval for the nomination and further data processing. If this is against your preferences, you can object against the nomination and the data processing, in which case we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
By checking the “I am the owner or a representative of this DevPortal.” checkbox you can submit your own contact information.
If you participate in the Voting for nominated portals, your Email Address and your IP Address will be recorded for technical purposes.
We will retain your data for the period marked above, thereafter it will be removed from our systems. You can object to the processing where the purpose is marked as “Legitimate interest of the Data Handlers” in which case we will not be able to provide you participation and attendance to the event.
Withdrawing your consent
In case you no longer want to receive our newsletter, use the “unsubscribe from this list” link on the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. If you previously gave your consent for us to contact you on social media platforms and do not want us to be in connection please send us an email with your request to legal-notices (at) pronovix.com. In case you withdraw your consent we will delete your data from our systems. Please note that withdrawing or refusing your consent for us to keep your data for the above purposes won’t cause any detriment to you whatsoever. In some lawful cases we are obliged though to keep some of your data. If that is the case we will inform you about the details.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the Data Handlers’ processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that the Data Handlers transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
