NOMINEE OVERVIEW

instant3Dhub brings 3D / CAD / business data to everyone in your company. Our documentation is the starting point for web developers, infrastructure admins, DevOps Teams and even end users that use our default UI. Our packages include TypeScript APIs, REST APIs and JavaScript/React/CSS/HTML UI components - all documented in our docs portal. The portal also explains how 3DStreaming makes even the most complex 3D data available on any device and introduces 3DSpaces as a way to connect 3D data with business data on demand.

instant3Dhub is a microservice based, web API first product that 3D content on demand, plugs into your existing workflow, and scales effortlessly in the cloud. The result: high-performance 3D experiences in any app without the usual headaches. We support more than thirty industry‑standard 3D formats across CAD and BIM domains and use our documentation to educate developers with our expert knowledge in engineering and 3D formats.

NOMINATION RATIONALE

BEST REFERENCE DOCUMENTATION BEYOND REST APIS

An impressive feat of our portal is that its built automatically whenever we release a new version of our product instant3Dhub. This means that changes across the whole architecture, from the JavaScriptAPIs to REST APIs to helm or service configuration are automatically published and documented using the investment that we made during development. In addition, the portal contains developer tutorials and a rich API reference for our webvis API, user guides for the UI and AR features, and integrator guides for backend, cluster and cloud setup; each section is versioned and aligned with the corresponding software release. Every page includes a rating and feedback form to encourage continuous feedback loops.
