Deutsche Boerse Group developer portal aims to offer customers across different subsidiaries one common service experience by bringing the power of Deutsche Börse market data and financial services to your application through “Easy to use RESTful APIs.” The portal's ultimate goal is to offer services to represent the entire lifecycle from Trading to Settlement of stock and derivatives. Although still in its early stages, where only a few APIs are made available, the portal offers these APIs publicly and targets a broader audience besides the existing customers of DBG.

The portal is made to be easy to use by consumers, making it possible to start consuming APIs in just a few easy steps.

Best use of API Gateway Integration

We offer different types of API gateways for different needs. The gateway can be on the cloud or on-premises ,or on any infrastructure of choice. API Publisher, who do not need a gateway as they are using a reverse proxy service or similar on their side, can only document their APIs for customers and make use of the advantages the portal offers without needing to use the platform's gateways. The portal and the API gateway are entirely independent of each other, making the platform very flexible and multi-purpose.

Every interface has been built considering the feedback from UX Tests done on a prototype version. We always consider customer feedback and try to improve upon it continuously.
