Introduction of the Portal
Content-wise the portal is yet somehow at an early stage (few APIs exposed) but it has some interesting integration features, such as inclusion of the corporate IDP for authentication and API key generation purposes and role-based access for different developer communities (internal/external/special partner types).
Why nominated
Because EH manages to integrate their corporate devportal without relying on one of the big API management suites. They integrate instead with their own toolset such as AWS gateway, a corporate open source IDP and Gitlab CI/CD. Any EH customer can log in with the credentials from one of the business portals, so no redundant access needs to be managed.
