Introduction
Canopy completely rebuilt their documentation experience from the ground up in 2023. The projected consisted of merging two separate docs-related website (Learn Center and API Docs) into a single hub, while also adding 50+ new articles and 10+ "Recipes" for complex configuration examples.
Why nominated
As a surprise to some, Canopy's documentation redesign was actually lead by Canopy's Experience Design team. The team took 2 months to conduct industry research, interview developers, build and map personas, and ultimately delivered a visually striking and incredibly intuitive interface that serves 4 separate user personas equally as well.
